Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €439 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure
Notes
DAMAGE DEPOSIT/INCIDENTALS: The damage deposit is refundable if the property was not damaged during your stay AND if you properly followed the rules for the Admiral Club boat usage (if you purchased the boat club add-on and utilized same).
$250 of the damage deposit will be forfeited by you if you fail to return the Admiral Club boat on time and/or fail to appear for your reserved time for boat usage. Any physical damage to the house or boat caused by your party will be charged back to the deposit.
